Privacy Policy
Psaltir

Effective date: 11 August 2026 · Last updated: 11 August 2026

In short: Psaltir collects nothing. The app works entirely offline, has no user accounts, no advertising, and no analytics. Nothing you do in the app is sent anywhere, because the app does not connect to the internet at all.

1. Who we are

Psaltir (the “App”) is developed and published by Kalodis (“we”, “us”), an independent app developer. This policy explains how the App handles information. It applies only to the Psaltir Android application distributed through Google Play.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect any personal data. Specifically, the App does not collect, transmit, sell, or share:

The App does not require you to register or sign in. There is no user account of any kind.

3. Data stored on your device

To work as expected, the App saves a small amount of information locally on your phone — for example your bookmarks, reading position, and display preferences such as text size. This information:

If you have enabled Android's own backup feature, your device may include the App's local settings in your personal Google backup. That backup is controlled by you and by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's privacy policy.

4. Internet access, advertising, and analytics

The App contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking libraries. It does not request internet access and does not communicate with any server, including ours.

5. Permissions

The App requests no sensitive Android permissions. It does not ask for access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or any other protected part of your device.

6. Google Play

The App is distributed through Google Play. Google collects certain information about downloads, installs, and store activity as part of operating its store — this happens independently of the App and is covered by Google's Privacy Policy. We receive only anonymous, aggregated statistics from Google Play (such as total install counts), which cannot be used to identify any individual user.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children and contains no content unsuitable for them. Because the App collects no personal data whatsoever, it does not knowingly collect information from children of any age.

8. Your rights

Data protection laws such as the GDPR give you rights over your personal data — including the right to access it, correct it, or have it erased. Since we hold no data about you at all, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or erase. Any information the App saves is on your own device and entirely under your control: you can remove it at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it.

9. Changes to this policy

If the App changes in a way that affects this policy — for example if a future version adds an online feature — we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date above before that version is released. Material changes will also be noted in the App's release notes on Google Play.

10. Contact

Questions about this policy or about the App can be sent to support@kalodis.com. We aim to reply within a few working days.
